Description
Join Tufts Alumni West Florida for a behind-the-scenes look at the other side of the curtain at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. This landmark Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation building is the world’s only purple seashell-shaped hall. Docents from the Fine Arts Society of Sarasota will lead a tour which will introduce you to paintings and sculptures of Florida’s most renowned artists and give you the opportunity to view the workings of a sophisticated backstage operation. Afterwards, enjoy lunch with fellow alumni at the charming Hotel Indigo.

Cost
$5 for tour, $20 for lunch (includes entrée, side dishes, dessert and beverage). All alumni and guests are welcome.
