Description
Join Tufts Alumni Washington, D.C. and the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science, and Policy for an evening with Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, Dr. Kathleen Merrigan. Dr. Merrigan is the former director of the Agriculture, Food and Environment Program at the Friedman School and Time magazine named her among the "100 Most Influential People in the World" in 2010.

After an overview of U.S. agriculture policy, Dr. Merrigan will take questions from the audience. A reception will follow.

Directions
The headquarters for the Council for Advancement & Support of Education are located at the intersection of H Street and New York Avenue. The entrance itself is on H Street, immediately to the right of 1331 H Street NW. The program will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on the first floor.
