During the discussion we also invite you to enjoy a delicious 4 course meal with wine pairings focusing on fresh, locally produced ingredients. Executive Chef Kate Horton will describe each dish and share what local ingredients she used and what seasonal ingredients you should be looking for to use in your own cooking.

In 2003, he joined the faculty of the Friedman School, where he teaches graduate-level courses in statistics and U.S. food policy.
