Journey through Vietnam

When: January 25, 2018 - February 09, 2018 (iCal)

Description

“A very comprehensive view of Vietnam’s culture, history, and sights. Our guide was spectacular.”

On this immersive adventure, we’ll embrace the many splendors of one of Earth’s most beautiful countries. We’ll take in stunning scenery, from the spectacular seascape of Ha Long Bay to the upper reaches of the storied Mekong River. We’ll delve into ancient and recent history as we tour pagodas, tombs, museums, presidential palaces, and the Viet Cong’s astonishing Cu Chi Tunnels. We’ll encounter a diverse array of communities, including a market that floats on a river and a farming village where water buffaloes plow the fields. Along the way, we’ll have ample opportunity to experience Vietnam’s mouthwatering cuisine and exceptional hospitality. To add to our adventure, we can opt for a three-day, two-night expedition to Angkor Wat.

There’s limited availability for this small-group Tufts adventure, so seize the moment and make your reservations now!
