Description

Please join us for the next meeting of the Tufts Nonprofit Roundtable. Our guest speakers will be Leslie Stephenson, A08, and fellow board members of the Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest (BLSPI), a 501(c)(3) organization run by students of Brooklyn Law School. One of BLSPI’s major initiatives is an annual auction, the proceeds of which fund twenty fellowships for students with summer internships in public interest. Leslie and her fellow board members are looking for the Roundtable’s input and ideas on ways to maximize efficiency and profit for this event, to reorganize the Board of Directors, to get the most out of the organization’s fellows, and to find new sources of funding for fellowships and partnerships for events and programming. We hope that you can join us for this dynamic discussion.
