Description
We are delighted to announce that we have been able to reschedule a special guest speaker, Penelope Chester, A05, who will talk to us and answer questions about her experiences founding an international non-governmental organization (“NGO”) and working in a post-conflict environment. Penelope is a co-founder of The Niapele Project, an NGO whose mission, according to its website, is “to promote sustainable strategies for the empowerment of vulnerable refugee children, through the development of community-based initiatives.” Penelope previously worked for the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative. We hope that you can join us.
About the Roundtable:
The Tufts Nonprofit Roundtable is designed to provide members working in the nonprofit sector and those interested in working in the nonprofit sector an opportunity to network, learn, and foster professional and organizational advancement.
