Description
Engage with other individuals interested in funding development engineering and active citizenship projects at the Tufts Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Dinner and Auction. Active since 2003, EWB has held partnerships with the Tufts School of Engineering, Tisch College, the Institute for Global Leadership, and private donors; we will be extending our gratitude to these donors and founding members as part of the event. After a brief reception, guests will be treated with dinner and drinks, and are invited to participate in a silent auction featuring trips, artwork, and other local events.
Proceeds from the event will fund EWB projects in Ecuador, El Salvador and Uganda. These programs address the importance of clean drinking water and sanitation for public health, and are part of a 5-year commitment to community education, health surveying, and technical implementation and maintenance. All donations and items won at silent auction are tax deductible.
