Travel to Italy without leaving New York City! We invite you to partake in a unique opportunity to meet best-selling author and Tufts alumnus Joseph Luzzi, A89. Joseph will be discussing and reading from his two books, My Two Italies and In a Dark Wood, followed by a Q&A with guests.

My Two Italies is a poignant personal account from a child of Calabrian peasants whose lifelong study of Italy unveils the mysteries of this "Beautiful Land," where artistic genius and political corruption have gone hand in hand from the time of Michelangelo to The Sopranos.

In a Dark Wood is a reflection on the power of great literature to help us through our darkest moments and a Vanity Fair's "Must-Read" selection.

Light appetizers will also be served. A tasting of Italian wines will conclude the event.
